Your relationship with food is very often a refection of your internal world. In module two you will explore how you currently experience emotion and discover how that, and things like stress, sleep and self-compassion can affect your eating behaviour.

In the final module, you'll be given some incredibly effective techniques that you can use to work on your triggers for emotional eating. Different triggers respond to different approaches, so you'll get to explore each in detail.

I'm Josie. I'm a Food and Eating Psychology Coach and founder of The Mindful Cook. I help women to make peace with food, heal their relationship with their body and replace restrictive dieting practices with sound nutrition and lifestyle principles.
