The course is an 8 module course. Each module will be released to you weekly, but you get to work through the content at your own pace. A launch date is set so that a group of students will start the course at the same time and a community is created, but you can start at anytime. The student community is a space to share tips, meal ideas and questions with other students as well as having access to me. I will be in the group weekly to answer any questions you might have, and share new and relevant support materials in the group. Weekly Q&A sessions in the coaching community will reflect whatever questions are being asked that week and roughly structured around the modules. You have lifetime access to the coaching community and can ask any questions at anytime.
The course places emphasis on emotional well-being and mindset techniques that can be used to improve things like emotional eating, self-esteem and your relationship with food. It also teaches basic nutritional knowledge with a focus on weight management - specifically eating to normalise blood sugar levels and eating for health and vitality. The teaching is based upon what I teach through my food and eating coaching practice which is: Eating Psychology, Mindfulness Practice and Applied Nutrition.
