The course is an 8 module course. It starts on a Friday and each module is released weekly on a Friday for you to work on. You get to work through the content at your own pace during that week. Everyone in the student group will work on the same module at the same time and the content and Q&A sessions in the coaching community will reflect the module topic. That way you get to be with a community of other people going through the programme with you - so you can share tips, meal ideas and ask each other questions. I will also be live in the group weekly to answer any questions you might have, and will be sharing relevant support materials throughout the week. Working through the modules weekly,  makes sure you are keeping momentum and staying on track to reach your goals. However! If you would rather work through the content in your own time - this is fine too! You have lifetime access to the coaching community and can ask any questions at anytime.

The course places emphasis on emotional well-being and mindset techniques that can be used to improve things like emotional eating, self-esteem and your relationship with food. It also teaches basic nutritional knowledge with a focus on weight management - specifically eating to normalise blood sugar levels and eating for health and vitality. It is not an in depth nutrition course. If you would like to learn more about what the course offers in detail, watch the short video on my website.

The teaching is based upon what I teach through my food and eating coaching practice which is: Eating Psychology, Mindfulness Practice and Applied Nutrition.
